They’re organized, detail-oriented, and very communicative. Highly recommend them for any tax work you have!

We have been a part of Ace ever since they opened back in 2003. They are definitely the best tax service here in Queens. Not only do they keep track of your deadlines, but they also are very open with their processes and any documents you need to submit.
If I could leave NO STARS I would! Avoid using this place to do your taxes. How in the world does this place have 5 stars reviews? The reviews for this place cannot possibly be legitimate. I left my taxes on a Tuesday. I was told it will take 48-72 hours. As of the Friday of the same week, no one has called me. I called the number on their business card that Friday morning at 10 AM and someone working from home told me she'll leave them a message. Huh? I received no call on Friday so I went to their storefront around 3:30pm and RAJ DIDN'T EVEN START MY TAXES!!!! He tried to do them in a hurry and tell me I might owe. Impossible, when there were no changes in my filing status from the previous years and I ALWAYS get a refund! Needless to say I took my taxes and left. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!

Raj is just pure amazing! He talks you through exactly what he's doing to get you the most money back. If you're a law enforcement family, go to Raj! He knows all the deductions you can qualify for. He made it really easy to do business. We'll definitely be going back every year!
