This place has helped me a lot and has always made me feel comfortable, not only that but they make sure that I’m doing everything right as well. Dr. Michelle Hsiao helped me a lot by recommending me different things to do to help my gums and even rechecked my gums to make sure everything was fine. Thank you to Dr. Michelle and everyone else at that location.
Dr Duboff and Ivette were amazing. I'm one of those weird people who love the dentist and who will drive to the ends of the earth for good customer service and the didn't disappoint. No pain in my teeth or my wallet and wonderful service. I'll be back.
Showed up for my sons appointment and 30 minutes after his appointment I'm told they don't have the paperwork from the other office. They said they cake and don't get an answer so they have me call and of they don't respond I have to pay $190. I asked why if I showed up and it's not my fault that they don't have what they need. She says I can't leave without paying today and she can't bill me. The whole time I'm being extremely calm and nice and the girl was trying to raise her voice at me. Finally she says I can reschedule and I don't have to pay. Overall bad customer service.
The front office lady was rude to me. It took me two and half hours to wait for seeing the specialty dental care.They even did not help me cancel my appointments at the front desk and let me call the Absolute customer service to cancel it. It was a very disappointing experience. The dentist is nice to me. Anyway we will never back to this dental office again.
I feel like my experiences has been going down every time I have to encounter with this location. My son has not been seen for his follow up for braces since November. Check ups for braces are supposed to be every 6 weeks, I called AND had a text conversation with a representative since it’s EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with someone for the braces and was told he didn’t have an appt for December. Okay I thought that was weird too. However, got a call for my other son to have another consultation for braces. I advised the rep that the dentist told us last time he was too young and rep assured me that another appt was needed. Scheduled and booked it and went to the appt only to get all the way in the back and even a x-ray got done to be asked, “how can we help you today?” Was told AGAIN he was too young! Oh okay I only requested the last 3 hours off of work for a false appt sarcastic. Someone made a mistake. Okay whatever things happen. Got a call today needing to schedule an appt for my oldest son for braces and it was already scheduled. I was not home and advised the rep that I believe he is already scheduled but don’t have the appt card with me. She said to just bring the card on the date that he’s scheduled. I advised I wanted to schedule just to be on the safe side being that they are hard to get ahold of. So my son gets scheduled for MARCH! Lol I told the rep he hasn’t been seen since November and you’re scheduling him for March???? She said this is what was available and I asked her to confirm how often he is supposed to have a check up for braces and of course 6-8 weeks was said. Sooooo November to March… 4 months without having a checkup for his braces. Y’all can’t be serious. Like I why is not showing up as scheduled in the system? This is unacceptable and horrible service at this point. Being that I’m telling you that he hasn’t been seen since November she should’ve put me on hold to go speak to someone for another solution because March is out of line.
Nacy was a great assistant with my wisdom teeth removal! Very fast and easy. The whole staff was very nice as well as the Orthodontist. The assistants that day also helped me stay calm before the extraction, and made great conversation!
I don’t like the dentist at all but this was my best experience.. Bonita is so nice and great makes you comfortable & Ivette have a great personality and very attentive. & the Dr he did great work & made me proud
Monique had a super attitude she answered all my questions I am so pleased and look forward to getting work done.
Staff were very nice. Wait was not very long. Went in exrsys did not dig into my gums like normal. Dentist came in shot me with novocaine and I didn't feel it much. He was very gentle. Pulled my 2 wisdom teeth. No pain at all. Last time I had a wisdom tooth taken out I was in excruciating pain for three days. This time I had 2 taken out and next day no pain at all. I recommend this dentist to anyone
Had a great experience at this location with Dr. Duboff & Nancy. The procedure was smooth & painless. Very nice staff. I’m back on here to take down the 5 stars to a 1 star. I thought this place was a wonderful experience but it turns out patient care is not a priority. This morning I made a phone call to the office to let them know that my stitches had came loose and I was only concerned if I should be seen since oral surgery was less than 24 hrs. The person I spoke to on the phone was the “office manager” , she told me that today was too booked and that I could come in on Monday. By then what would happen to the healing process ? Would the bone graft fall out? Shoot, how would I know? That’s why I’m asking you? I didn’t mind having to wait to be seen but the fact that today was not option because “we are too booked and all our patients have scheduled appointments…. im not licensed to tell you anything about you what you should or not do.“. I feel like a response like this would’ve been more appropriate.. “ I’m so sorry to hear your stitches came loose. We don’t have any openings for today but I understand you just had oral surgery yesterday , our staff will try our best to work you in!Just keep in mind waiting time will be longer than usual. “ What was so hard to be kind to others? What is so hard to have a bit of compassion? Would you like your family to be treated this way? Maybe I caught her on a bad day? Whatever it is it couldn’t have been as bad as mine? While my house was burning down , I drove to your office because I needed peace of mind that my surgery site was ok . Yet, I come into the office express how I felt like I wasn’t treated with respect and compassion on the phone.. “office manager” goes off and starts complaining that I had said “ I can’t be seen?” That supposedly that’s not what she was saying on the phone…Well excuse me, what does “ we are booked today “ mean to you? She seemed like she just wanted to argue and feel empowered because she’s the “office manager”. Not ok, you guys need to hire a manager with better qualifications & great customer service skills. Someone with compassion for people. We come to you broken, yes it is your job to help others feel better and provide with the most excellence patient care. That’s a priority. Thank you for Daniel for taking your time to check out my stitches & your compassion towards my situation. I appreciate you.
