I gave them a call to ask some questions about getting my pre-surgical blood work done, no one answered. I left a message and no one got back to me. Finally, I decided to stop in to ask and no one was at the front desk to ask any questions. I put my name down on the waiting list hoping that a technician can answer my questions. I get called in to the technician, gave them my doctors orders and surgery date and they said it was fine to proceed right then and there if I wanted to so I decided just to get it over with. I received a call a few days later saying the blood work is only good for three days and I needed to get blood taken closer to my surgery date. If I gave the surgery date, why wouldn’t they have said something prior to taking my blood?! How am I supposed to know how long blood is good for? The staff should know these things.

Lab is supposed to close at 8p I got here at 7p and they were close. I ask the cleaning lady if anyone was around and she act like she didn’t speak English but she was having a conversation with someone when I got off the elevator.

Waiting more than an hour and a half just to get my blood drawn. They blamed me for not signing in properly when the screen definitely said I was in the system. Still waiting with many people who came after me getting called before me.

Courteous and professional staff. Fast and painless draw due to expert techs. Moderate to long wait times are a downside but not unexpected.
