I had ordered a 1/2 sheet birthday cake for my mom’s 90th birthday. I asked for a layer of strawberries in the center of the cake. The cake was delicious! I was afraid we would have too much cake left over. Everyone loved it, they said it was delicious ! We only had 3 pieces of cake leftover and that was gone the next day. Thank you bakery staff, what a good job you all did!
Prices are way to high save yourself some money and drive a block up the road to Food lion, Aldi, Lidi or even Walmart! Even with the savings card. The prices are still to high. When I do go here, because its for the bare minimum
Gone way downhill. Only cashier decides she's done after the guy in front of me I have to find someone else I'm not checking myself out. Hopefully they don't leave the whole card of meat sitting there too long... piss poor customer service now third time this has happened or very close to it Haven't had this happen anywhere else but here since self checkout started
After years of decent service since we moved to Middletown over 10 years ago, recent experiences have been poor. Every time we order groceries for store pickup the produce is of lesser quality than we would've picked and worse- they often miss items that they've charge us for. One trip over $50 of groceries was missing. My wife called at least 3 times and nothing was done. The final time she called the customer service rep. said there weren't even any notes in our account/order indicating the first several times we called absolutely nothing was done to rectify the problem and issue a refund. I finally had to dispute the charge through our credit card company because Acme proved unwilling or unable to recognize their mistake. This has soured our view of Acme and we will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Great Customer Service,by Ms. Diane an Elderly Cashier She was just Awesome, She showed that Seniors can perform even better than Young Generation Customer Service Cashiers,. She was very professional and friendly, great Example.!!!. Thanks Ms. Diane for a Job well done. She deserves a Commendation.and Recognition.
Big store, great lighting , clean. Higher prices. Parking lot needs refresh. Deli department 1 person to help. Pharmacy always out of stock.
I got 2 steamed Dungeness crabs Saturday spent 60 bucks on 2 crabs got home 1 Mile away and the crabs were Cold to the touch! Had to microwave them to heat them up called Acme took me 3 calls to get to the "manager" I would get transferred it would ring 20 or more times and I would get hung up on finally got through was told to come back purchase again and I would get 50% off why would I want to spend 30 more bucks???? A refund or partial refund to my Acme shopping card would have been great but they want me to spend more money and then I was told to come in to talk to the manager WHY?? Why go out of my way to resolve this issue!?! I will be going to Giant for my seafood from now on as Acme does not resolve customer issues and poor customer service SAD!!!
On occasion you'll find good service but not likely. Phone calls go unanswered and if you are in the store, they are too busy to help. Almost like walmart :-
I've been shopping here off 26 years and acme has just gone DOWN. literally every time I shop there my checkout amount is wrong and I have been overcharged. You have to use their app and clip 'coupons' which I hate and things STILL ring up wrong and I get OVERCHARGED. I won't shop here any more.
