Ordered a cake for my child's birthday party unfortunately, I guess the baker used a photo of her own choosing versus a photo of the actual cake I ordered? Cake was a design offered in store. And to top it off cake was ordered four days ahead of time not to mention the employee contacted me the day I ordered the cake claiming she didn't have the product to make the original cake I ordered but would make this cake "very nice" for me. We discussed the exact cake number and design I wanted. But when I picked up said cake it looked literally nothing like the cake I ordered. Still waiting for a "manager" to "call me." Would not recommend ordering a cake from this location. Customer satisfaction appears to be the least of their worries.
Why is Acme the only store who sale New York American Cheese . No other stores sells it. But love shopping here for fresh products also . Only needed a few things for today.
For a grocery store, it's small, but that's good for us older folks. The store is clean, very well stocked, the produce and meat are always fresh, they carry a good variety of brands to choose from and the employees are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and always pleasant.
Usually well stocked and the produce is pretty good. Only took off a star cause the checkout lines are often pretty long with mostly only self check out open
This is a great place to shop for all the brands that I like. Some of the other "high end" stores in the area seem to carry mostly their own in-house brand, and while you can find house brands here too, they also have national ones. I also like their produce. Donald and Jim could not be more helpful and pleasant. It doesn't get any better than that - great products and people who are happy to help. Thanks guys!
Great selection, even better prices. Normally, ACME prices aren't as low as let's say, Shop Rite. This time around, a lot of items were priced to buy, and not buying would become a mistake, because the price is not going to be low all the time.
Acme isn't on my travel path often. But I usually find whatever I need here. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Great checkout personnel and the Produce man cldnt be more helpful. Staff is genuinely great. Store is always clean.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. Overpriced food, poorly laid out store, and most of the tomatoes were rotten. I don't know why I have to walk back and forth from one end of the store to the other for the same item like cheese or rolls.
I went to this Acme location for the first time with my friend and just had one of the best experiences ever! The guys behind the deli were extremely helpful, happy, and very kind. We cracked jokes with them while they prepared and bagged our order. They wished us a good weekend and a happy Easter. The ladies at the checkout stand were super nice and happy as well, they complimented our hair and wished us a happy Easter too. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! We will definitely be coming back!
