To put it bluntly: Their residential broadband "service" is ATROCIOUS. The frequency with which the bitrate slows to a glacial crawl is excessive and frankly, in [insert current year] it's completely unacceptable. (And yes, I have factored in the regressive nature of tech savvy that saturates this part of the country. Even by that standard this company's performance SUCKS.) Avoid this company like the proverbial plague.
