The person that brought my car stole my $20 that was next to my wallet.

I do not recommend dealing with them at all, the style is despicable and there is no respect for the customer, the treatment is very bad and the style of separation, I repeat, I do not recommend dealing with them.

Great work. My car looks brand new! The entire process at Action Collision was so simple. From the moment I went to drop my car off until the moment I picked it up. When I dropped my car off the gentleman from Hertz Rental was there waiting to set me up with my rental which was quick and easy. In only 10-15 minutes later I was back on the road going about my day. Throughout the repair process manager Greg called me with updates about the repairs. They dealt with all the insurance nonsense thank god so I didn't have to worry about it. Once my car was finished I went to pick it up. It looked brand new and was squeaky clean inside and out! Such a great experience, I will definitely use them again!

I am so unhappy with this company, they told my veto at 10:40 p.m. and I picked it up at 10:10 a.m. in the morning and they charged me $297.44 for less than 12 hours storage of my vehicle in their location. With the situation we are going through with this virus, people not even working regularly, they should not abuse people like that. This is insane..

This company a fraud, my motorcycle got towed they charged me twice for two trucks because the first truck couldn’t do his job , tried to speak with owner and his daughter claimed he’s never there and if I don’t pay I’m not getting my motorcycle back

Would totally recommend this company. They did a great job on my car. It was a one stop deal. They handled all the correspondences with my insurance company as well as setting me up with a rental car while my car was in the shop

Took them 2 months to fix my car, but after all that time, my car still have tons of problems. Went to another collision center and took them 3 days to get my car totally fixed. Very inefficient and totally a waste of time and money here.

You guys tell me Greg knows that sh** he’s awesome
