Action Garage Door & Service

Just bought a house and needed a new garage door, they came out and went through my options with me. Very helpful and found the right one to fit my house aesthetic and budget. Totally recommend.

Having built an enclosure for a hot tub we decided to install 3 large security shutters to protect the interior during the winter. We contacted Action doors to arrange for a quote as they were pushing discounts as part of a radio advertising campaign, I was told that the rep would be in touch to arrange a visit, he did call us and subsequently attended on the 12th of November. Despite several messages and 2 calls to the office I have still not received a quote or any sort of explanation. I understand that this type of job might not be a typical install but if the company did not want to quote or supply the required items I would have hoped that common decency or some level of professional integrity would have led to, at the very least an honest communication. Having not received any correspondence as we approach the end of the year I am relieved that I did not actually part with any money, if my experience to date is anything to go by. Absolute waste of time.

Not impressed, our garage door handle broke, called tge office and they said they would call that day I left a contact phone number. No contact from them so called the office again later in the day to be told they had called and looked at the door and left without speaking to anyone in the house or on the telephone. We were subsequently told it couldn't be fixed and we needed a new door £800 and they couldn't do it for another three weeks!!! We have just ordered the part for a very simple diy fix £37.

Good quality door but difficult customer service experience. The wrong colour door was installed after receiving a sample of the colour I wanted. Be very careful with colour choice as they can only source a limited range. It took 2+months of chasing for a resolution, but got there in the end.

After spending some time looking for a new electric garage door, I came across action doors. Phoned the office for more information and got a quote which was very competitive. The works have now been completed and from start to finish they were to a high standard. The after sales care has also been great from the action doors team. Highly recommend

We had a large garage door fitted last year and I managed to totally break it this weekend. I phoned the office on Monday and within 3 hours, Action Doors had a repair guy out to me and he had the door fixed there and then. I didn't expect such quick customer service but that means a lot to me. I'm very impressed guys and grateful too. Top marks!

I called the office for a quotation on a new garage door, The owner called out the next day and had a look at my requirements, he was very helpful and knowledgable. i received a very competitive quote by email the following day. work was carried out by the engineers a week or so later to a very high standard. great job and very satisfied customer.

My experience right from the start phone contact, information exchange and advice, on site checks, roller shutter specification and budgetary costing, through to the end of the job site visit, placing the order, delivery and installation has been excellent . All staff on the phone and fitters they actually worked in the rain to finish the job were also excellent. It has now been 5 years and the roller shutter is operating and looks fine in a seaside town and in an environment with enough salt in the rain and air. We are happy with everything and do not hesitate to recommend ACTION DOORS Bridgend to others.
