Action Paintball

Went with a large family with kids of different ages. We all had a great time. The staff was really friendly. Thank you all. It was a lot of fun

We booked a birthday party for 9 boys 8-13 years old. They had a great time and the guys running it were awesome! Our friends drove at least 35-40 minutes and didn’t seem to mind at all. This is our second party at Action Paintball. Both were well worth the drive.

They really gave us a hard time as soon as we got there. I did see some comments about the old lady and they are definitely true. First, she said we paid via PayPal and they said it doesn’t have an address which we showed the ID with our name and address but still that didnt work. Then we had to cancel that payment and pay in cash not sure why they wouldn’t accept credit card! We only played in one small field which got boring and only played an hour and 15 mins out if 2 hours due to the payment issue we had in the beginning! I would not come here again and dont recommend this place!

Came out to Sunday Open Play session with a couple friends and had a great time, experienced players with our own gear. The field is very clean and BRIGHT for an indoor with great visibility. Field is on the smaller side, but staff tailored games perfectly for this - we played 3v3, games went by quick and cycled through groups smoothly, everyone got a good amount of field time. There was a mix of players with different experience levels and equipment Overall had a great experience to come out and play paintball for a few hours, would recommend Open Play sessions to other experienced players and hope to visit again in the future.

Very clean facility and friendly staff! I play here just about every weekend and never have any complaints. They have a full pro shop for all of your paintball needs. They also offer beginner friendly, low impact paintball options.

Great and friendly experience. Deb went above and beyond for my family and I. Will definitely book more bdays here.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. when my family and i arrived before the party time the computers were off..? lol not to mention we bought a whole birthday package and told me that since a family member came in late they had to pay to play?? unwelcoming staff who hate their jobs, the place looks like a rundown 90’s office. the older lady with glasses is HIGHLY unpleasant she’s alright at faking her customer service DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RACIST SMALL BUSINESS.

By far the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. The entire staff was so rude!! Spent $600+ to deal with some of the most miserable people I've ever experienced. There is no fun to be had in this place. Do not come here if you're looking for a good time. I think they charge you for smiling and laughing.

Clean facility. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Came here with a group of 8/9 year olds who hadn't played before. Staff was very good with the kids and helped them to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic time at Action for my son's birthday. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions when I called in beforehand. If anything, we had too much play time. The kids barely had time to eat the snacks and things we'd brought before they were back on the field. No complaints there.
