Horrible service. The handling was done horribly and ruined the antique item I purchased from an auction. I reached out to ACTS to file a claim and request their assistance, but they never responded or returned my calls. The worst service I’ve ever experienced and now I have a ruined item with no method for resolution.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They’re shipping is cheaper than the rest but the service matches the price. Remember you get what you pay for.
