Acupuncture Lifeology

Dr. Dong a well-trained, credentialed and experience doctor of evidence-based and internationally respected Traditional Chinese Medicine, has helped save my life, allowing me to continue with very effective, but toxic, chemotherapy!!. BTW, she is EXTREMELY careful with heat lamps. She has eliminated my-chemo-induced mouth sores, nausea and weight loss, and has greatly decreased my peripheral neuropathy and hair loss. . My stage 4 cancer, with an initially dire prognosis, has lhad its primary tumor marker returned to normal...because I can tolerate the chemo. I also think that the few , but effective, Traditional , Chinese Medicine herbs and teas, along with much helpful advice about nutrition and community resources, have helped my health...all by themselves. She is both tremendously knowledgeable and high attuned and intuitive when treating my issues. Dr. Dong has long experience and knowledge of oncology, and respects boundaries needed by Western medicine. In short, I highly recommend Daisy Dong for anyone coping with issues related to cancer treatment and recovery.

I was left unattended on the heated table with a heat lamp above my back and when my body became too hot I called the acupuncturist's name 5 times to come help and turn the heat off but she couldn't hear me. I have orthostatic hypotension and get lightheaded easily and when my body became too hot I started to panic. I had to lift my body up with all the needles in to try and unplug the heat myself. I was able to unplug the heat lamp but in an effort not to injure myself trying to get up to unplug the bed, I called for help several more times and the acupuncturist finally arrived and turned off the heat. I have never had such a scary experience. The acupuncturist explained later that she was busy with another patient in the other room and did not hear me crying for help. I will find another acupuncturist who will be able to give one-on-one care and provide a better customer experience.

Dr Daisy is the best acupuncturist around!!!! With my different issues she has helped me so much!! If you want a great acupuncturist she is the person to see!

Dr Daisy is very skilled at acupuncture and herbal medicine. Very effective, reasonable price. She helped me with my asthma.
