ADCO Diamond

We have had two wonderful experiences at ADCO. We got our engagement ring from Aline at ADCO in 1995. When I wanted a new setting, I told my husband I wanted to go back to where it all began - ADCO. We met with Aline in January 2022, and she was truly amazing in helping us select a new setting and wedding band. I cannot tell you how happy we are with my new setting and wedding band. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all of Aline's help selecting my original rings in 1995, and our new set in 2022, and for Rina's assistance along the way as well.

Aline is a creative & talented GIA-Certified jewelry designer at Adco Diamonds who is very knowledgeable. She has meticulous style and always gives her honest opinion. I am a highly detail-oriented person and also meticulous. Aline demonstrated superb patience throughout the entire process of designing and creating my engagement ring. I am extremely happy with Aline's work and also had her design my wedding band.

The BEST! Aline & Rina are a pleasure to do business with. They are both gemologist and really know what they're talking about. When my now husband and I went ring shopping, Aline spent a long time teaching us about diamonds. There was no hassling or pushy sales techniques. When we finally purchased my rings, it was truly a wonderful experience. Since then I've had them make a custom necklace, using my mother's e-ring and diamonds from a bracelet I no longer wear. The result, a beautiful diamond flower with diamonds and emeralds added to necklace. I HIGHLY recommend ADCO!

I had 2 rings 14kt one garnets and one opals custom made at ADCO. I knew of the Jewelry Exchange Building and street level stores from walking down Washington St. Once I needed several pieces of custom made jewelry I went to every store in the 8 floors of the building asking at all the jewelers. ADCO show the most interest and creativity at solving a problem of copying a ring from 50years ago. Their suggestion to create a CAD model shown of the ring to remove the bumps/scratches added a modest amount of cost, BUT the result were speculator. The new "fire opals" that were provided were of the finest quality that I have ever seen; even better than at the Gem Shows in Arizona.

I went to the jewelers building to see if I could find the perfect engagement ring. After visiting a couple shops on the lower levels, I didn't find much with my budget. We heard about ADCO Diamond from a family friend so we decided to try there next. They were very accommodating, easy to work with, went through every step of the process. We shared Espresso while going through some options based on the type of ring I was looking for. The ring is absolutely stunning! I also got the wedding bands done here as well. If I need anything down the road I will be stopping by again! The process was so easy and they love getting photos to share. Highly recommend!

Aline is amazing to work with. I would highly recommend ADCO diamond. Aline worked with my fiance and I to obtain a Montana Sapphire which she so perfectly put in one of the gorgeous bands. She listened to everything that we wanted and also worked within our budget! So professional, attentive, and experienced. You will leave with a lot of knowledge and pure happiness!

Aline and the ADCO team were wonderful to work with. Aline sat with me for over 2+ hours and we reviewed about 5-8 different diamonds of various quality and we designed the perfect engagement ring. As a guy who could be presented with 5 completely different diamond rings and not being able to tell the difference between them, I was very lucky to have found ADCO Diamond. I relied on Aline and Rina to help me make a custom engagement ring that my fiancée really loves. I chose ADCO Diamond instead of the other 6 different jewelers that I went to based on what I perceived as excellent customer service and reasonable prices. However, I would have chosen them over the others, even if they were more expensive due to my first meeting with them where they explained how things work and really took the time to listened to what I was looking for. This was not the same experience I had with many of the other places. I was not disappointed with my experience with ADCO Diamond. The ring and the customer service, exceed my expectations. They taught me about diamond value, the procedure for making custom engagement rings, and help me choose what would work well for a beautiful ring. I then added to the customization of the ring to make it special for my fiancée and Aline took me through what would work and what wouldn't. She even went above and beyond by adding little touches that made the ring very special; things I would not have thought of but made my fiancée very happy. I highly recommend to guys who are unsure about diamonds, rings, and this process, to find people who will help guide them through the experience while also getting a great price on the ring. So in brief, my experience was great customer service at a very good price for a custom made engagement ring. My fiancée and I will return again for wedding rings and other jewelry needs in the future. As the fiancée who received the beautiful ring from ADCO, I also cannot recommend them enough. I did not give my fiancé a lot to work with, just a list of some rough ideas and a friend to assist him. My tastes are fairly simply and classy but my favorite look was a rare one – a halo setting but with sapphires as the halo around a diamond. I knew that might be tough to find, so I gave other ideas as well. But he didn’t have to worry about that with ADCO – he was able to describe and show them my rough notes and they worked with my fiancé to create my dream ring that is so beautiful and simple and perfect and yes – it has sapphires in a halo around a sparkling cushion cut diamond. We will definitely be returning to ADCO for other jewelry needs and I absolutely recommend them to others including other future grooms who were only given a rough idea of what to buy.

"The ring is perfect!" -my Fiancée The Interactions that I had at ADCO were bold, but not aggressive or pushy. Aline is superb; she is a reputable dealer who is extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, accredited, and a graduate gemologist. I was on a tight budget and a really tight time constraint and she did everything she could to help me make my fiancée dream ring come true, within a short time frame. She ordered me an incredible custom made work of art, and the engagement ring was hands down the best price that I found between 8 stores from Massachusetts to CA including from a family friend gemologist who was willing to make the custom ring at her cost. When my soon to be mother-in-law brought the ring in to get it resized, Aline was very kind and helpful and charged nothing for the resizing and cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend ADCO for many reasons. They are a family owned and operated professional company that made a very difficult process as easy as I imagine it could be. Thank you Aline and ADCO.

I worked with Aline and Rina and they were both absolutely fantastic. Every experience in there has a way of making you feel unique. I had a loose idea of what my fiance wanted in a ring and after about 4-5 visits with other shops it felt hopeless. If you've done this before you know what i'm talking about and if you're headed that way you'll know soon enough- but there are a lot of poor diamond companies out there. Half the time in other shops I felt like I was being sold a used car. I never once felt that way with Aline. She is extremely knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY! With her help, we created an amazing ring that I catch my fiance staring at many times throughout the day. If you are new to the scene and recently in the market for an engagement ring, you'd be a fool not to start here.
