Scheduled a phone interview for today, because I’m home today. No call. Tried calling the office. Got a recording about a full VM box. Called the Tempe location, got through, lovely lady is sending this branch an email, about my interview. Absolutely frustrating.
Don’t try to get a job thru this agency, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and don’t let it be Friday because that’s there collect a free paycheck day because they’ll lie just to not have to do there job. Got emailed 2 days ago that my background check came back but on there end it’s still pending, now today even the background check company that runs the checks for them can’t figure out why I’m being told it’s still pending as Adecco received it 2 days ago like I did and the representative checked and verified that they received it the same day. I sent an email Branch Manager Sh’nel to let her know the background company said was completed and sent 2 days ago and added the reference number given to my by the representative. An hour later I get an email from her saying that I’m not eligible to work for Adecco until July 2023. Which was odd seeing as how my background has been pending all day and when asked why not and if I could get a different recruiter she calls me and said that the background came back right before she sent the email and also made a point to say “you’ve been emailing me all day”. that’s what happens when ur branch doesn’t answer phones or respond to emails, it’s obvious who they receive the training from.

Terrible! I called, no answer. Scheduled an interview, never received a call. Tried to leave a voicemail & mailbox is completely full.
They don’t answer the phone for nothing none of there locations good luck contacting them if your hours are cut on pay day you would have to drive up the location and hoping someone is in the office. But amazes me how they never answer the phone at any location and never call you for your interview.
Unprofessional, unorganized. Phoenix Adecco cancelled upcoming EPIQ class which was scheduled for over a week! I turned down 2 employment opportunities during that week because I had committed to the class!! Unprofessional, unorganized , beware! Zero stars!
Stephanie doesnt want you to get hired... terrible communication. worst hiring manager ive ever met.
If a Stephanie ends up being your hiring manager, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!! YOU WONT GET THE JOB!!! she’s extremely rude and unprofessional.
I'd rather give it NO STARS. Adecco will not pay you for hours they made you work. Even though it was miscommunication on their end. Adecco is very unprofessional and unorganized and do not care for their agents. I am currently going thru a family emergency and I've been reaching out to adecco via text message and email but nobody has ever reached back out to me they also stated hr will reach out for my accommodation however i never received an email from them either. Adecco has stated they've been trying to reach out to me Noeli, Stephanie and Chase however looking at my call logs from the time frame they stated they tried to reach out me i do not see any calls from the numbers they stated they called from. They also did not want to provide any information as for the call logs to when they've reached out to me or any emails they've sent and did not want to provide which numbers they've tried to reach me from Stephanie stated they tried to reach out to me with multiple numbers but i see no calls from adecco in my call log statement. I was only able to check to see if two numbers they stated they called from was in my call logs but it was not. I also spoke to Stephanie who when i asked which number they were trying to reach me was the incorrect number which is most likely the reason why i didn't receive their calls. They also had an entire staff change and failed to communicate to their current agents about the staff change and new main point of contact. I was not aware of this change and was updating the wrong people. Which is also why I know that i tried my very best to keep my position and keep in contact with adecco but failed to do so on their end. I do no wish for this to happen upon any other agents who decide to work with adecco, because they has severe miscommunication and system issues and they do not want to say that its their fault that i am no longer employed.
