Donna does an absolutely fabulous job. I went in with my partner for her free consult and Donna was incredibly thorough, answered all the questions we had, and was completely honest about the best route to go for effective treatment, including recommending laser treatment first to reduce the cost of treatment in the long run. Her attitude was incredibly professional as well. My partner is a transgendered woman and she was treated with great respect and was made to feel completely comfortable answering and asking questions. The sample treatment that she includes in the consult was absolutely wonderful. We spent about an hour & a half just going over everything and she even sent us on the way with an after-care package. We had gone to one other consult before, granted it was for a laser procedure, and all of five minutes was spent explaining everything including pricing. Donna is thorough, honest, and definitely makes you feel at ease the second you walk in the room. Anyone considering electrolysis should definitely see her.
