This is the toll way of the airport and now you can get a day pass to check it out. If you have a few hours during a connection it is way more comfortable than the terminal and you can charge your devices. They are not all the same so depending on the terminal and airport you may choose your own fav.
There are 2 Admirals Clubs at Sky Harbor. This one is the much smaller one by gate A21 - the other one is larger by gate A3. The staff is the best part of this lounge...extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. It's not the quietest Admirals Club...if you want peace and quiet try the other one. Drinks are free and the food is decent. The bar is small and a little crowded but overall, it's a far more pleasant experience than fighting for a seat at any of the other bars in the main concourse.
Hardly anything to eat. And the bar area is a big sports bar with TV’s up so load it permeates the entire lounge. The reception staff were nice though.
Nice product for it's customers but kinda over rated. The soft drink fountain was out of order and it wasn't clear where you could get other drinks. I was a guest of one of their customers who flies a lot so for me it was okay but I could see how this would be a great places to go when the airport is busy.
Great food, snacks and comfortable seating. Highly recommend!
Easy to find, clean individual tables, well kept bathrooms, the airport location i was in looked like it could hold about 30 guest. Strong wifi signal. Of the 5 various Airports LAX -Los Angeles, Dallas International. Charlotte North Carolina. Newark New Jersey I witnessed the most amazing customer service. All the locations the customer service is just great. But during my visit there was a person who needed visual assistance. He had a very well trained seeing-eye dog, but thier was an older Admiral's Club Member associate who ensure the guest had a large enough area for both the guest and his canine aid. After getting the guest refreshments the associate offered to get the gentleman's aid fresh water. I had a 2 hours before my next flight and that associate must have checked on both of them ever 15 minutes. The attention to detail I witnessed was just amazing. 5 Stars for all areas.
Decent space to rest on a long layover. The stars because it is quite small compared to other lounges. There are no showers, and when at full occupancy, a lot of "excuse me" moments happen as the space is very tightly packed . American airlines lounge generally carries some sort of cereal, soup, a simple "main course" it was fajitas this time and simple desserts brownies, cookies. Well-stocked bar.
On a five to 6 hour flight they only served one snack and 1 beverage. The second beverage offered was water, room temp., With no ice offered. The temperature in the plane was too warm. On the first flight the room temp was freezing.
June 23 @ 1230pm - Penny at the bag check was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were having a terrible time dealing with British Airways and checking bags. Penny was attentive and informative helping both of us check our bags and pick our seats before our honeymoon. Her kind demeanor made us feel at ease during the stress of international travel and really kicked off our honeymoon week on a positive note. Also is it “ordained” not “endowed”…oops lol
Tiniest admirals club, no where to sit or relax. The breakfast eggs are some kind of fake egg but I've had better fake egg at those free continental breakfast at hotels. Pretty disappointing.
