Over the past 35/36 years that we have had ADT securing our home. We have found them to be extremely responsive. All of their technicians have been polite, competent and very professional and knowledgeable on the systems installed. We have had very few calls for assistance since we had the systems installed.
If you are in need of a security system, I highly recommend contacting the ADT Security Service Office near you. The technician, Jarrett was a true professional, very efficient, arrived within the allotted time, and provided exceptional customer service. Great job!
