Every time i call is always a bad experience! As soon as my contract is over i am disconnecting it! That 3rd party they have horrible customer service..

Customer service is a joke. Tons of free sensors when you sign up but if you ever need more, they are ridiculously expensive. No one can give you answers when you call in. Horrible company. Will be finding another company when my agreement is up.

The best security system is ever had.

Called to cancel after being with company for 5 years and was told that my contract renews every year without a signature or notice. After 5 years of service on a 3 years signed contract I still owed an early termination fee. This company is a joke...do not do business with them!!
