Adult Shop

Amazing clean and roomy store. Stopped in and was looking for a basic B.O.B. The store Manager, Talena, was very insightful and knowledgeable and showed us many options. She made the experience fun, instead of awkward, compared to our experience with similar stores. THANKS TELENA FOR SUCH A GREAT RECOMMENDATION! I love it!

Fritz was amazingly helpful. Did such a great job asking us what we liked to ensure we could make an informed decision, we couldn't be happier with the level of service!

One the workers gave me wrong item and they made an exception for me since it wasn’t my fault and gave me correct item Fritz made a call to their boss and got the help I needed. The lady they also helped asked me to put a good review for them as well

Great shop, great employees. Helpful and very very well educated on every subject. Would've put more stars but it was boiling in the shop! Their AC must be broke I couldn't stay in for too long and it cut my trip short : would like to return only if they get it fixed

I love this place! I visit it quite often. This one is my fav but the one on Lancaster is pretty good too. However this one has the most awesome employees ever. They know the products well and are not afraid to discuss any thing with you. They make you feel comfortable and I always buy lots of goodies. I mostly love the lingerie. Truthfully we have a blast here. We laugh with the employees and over all just really have fun when we come here Best ever!!!

This was a BIG store, great parking, nice location, and I'm pretty sure the lady working is "Sam", the one everyone is talking about on here, is pretty much what everyone is saying, she was super nice and friendly and great customer service. She even got me to leave with an item cuz she was that good. I loved the arcade, another thing that was super big and A LOT....and I mean A lot of options, video and booth wise. By far the best one I've been to yet, customer service A+++, Store Overall A+++++

Staff member Jessica is attentive and friendly, knowledgable. Asks questions but lets you browse on your own, which some people prefer. Very respectful and made me feel comfortable. Appreciated her use of words like "partners" when discussing features of products, because it is more open and inclusive, which places like this ought to be. :

Applied for a job and went in for an interview. They asked if I was attached to my face piercings and I said yes and they said they wouldn't even consider me for the position if I wasn't going to take them out. Considering this is an adult entertainment store I'm more than appalled for being rejected for facial piercings. If I saw myself working at an adult shop I would be so eager to ask questions an open up and probably buy something just because someone who looks like me works there. i would have probably been their only trans employee as well which would have absolutely diversified their clientele because I have so many friends in Salem who won't go to these shops to ask questions because theres only cisgender people working there. Sad that their capitalist professionalism got the better of them.
