Too bad there isn't a Zero star. 3 months ago, an employee of mine went and borrowed $500.00 giving her title as collateral. I recently found out, and asked that she call for a pay off amount which she did. She was told that in just three months, she now owes over $1300.00 to get her title back. What kind of predators are these that would take advantage of a single mother in a need of a few bucks. I am planning on calling them and I'm hoping they do the right thing and I can take this down, but if not, this has to go to Federal Court because it outrageous. I HAVE TO ADD THAT AFTER I SENT THIS, I READ SOME OF THE OTHER POSTS, OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE PLANTED BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IN MY OPINION

As a first-time customer, Amanda and Vanessa walked me through the process professionally and with such wonderful customer service. It's nice to know there's a place I can go for help with great people to work with!

Great place, researched it, went in with my necessary documents, and was pleasantly helped by the two customer service reps, a gentleman and a young lady, who helped me obtain my loan that really came in handy when I moved here from my travels. So come here they' re great.

Amanda and Greg actually stayed after hours to assistance me as well as, listened to me rant about my grown children. I would also like to mention the quality of the services, friendly, understanding as well as caring. I would recommend this place over other loan places.
