Terrible customer service experience with Joe. Would not recommend this business, there are plenty of other auto parts stores in the area that know how to treat their customers. UPDATE: How would you like me share the additional feedback I have?
I needed a drive belt for my DR Mower. I had been to several other parts stores and everyone of them told me they needed a p/n in order to help me. Douglas, at this store, was the only person all morning who offered to help me match a belt to the one from my mower. It took a few minutes, but he was successful. Thank you Douglas.
I shop here now and then when my car needs parts. However if you need anything go in the morning. Even though the sign and google page says open till 6pm that is a lie. I have tried to stop in twice in a week after work and the doors were locked at 5:27 pm. I guess o'riley or federal want my money more.
The only parts store that I've dealt with in over a decade that won't warranty parts without the original reciept on a corporate account, when I can prove I bought them via the purchase date, bank statements and record on the corporate account. I was accused of attempting to fraud the system, despite having all of the info and having the car outside. Edit: Corporate couldn't have been more helpful in this situation, and the second manager I dealt with Nate? could not have been more helpful. I was disappointed to hear that Nate is leaving the company in a couple weeks. Joe is the worst parts counter person I have ever dealt with, it's frightening to think they give him the power of management. You could tell he drags his co-workers down, and everyone was pretty disappointed to be moving forward without Nate.

Went there for a rear wiper blade for my Honda. Doug was so nice, double checked I had the right size and helped me put it on. Very nice and professional interaction! Great service. Thank you so much.
I have shopped at advanced auto for many years and never had a problem there. Nate at the Shelburne Rd store was particularly helpful when I was using aftermarket exhaust parts to save money over the price of OEM exhaust for my jetta recently.
I was there for 40 minutes, that time was spent waiting for 20 minutes, then talking to someone who couldn’t find the part I was looking for. Then he went to get another opinion and he told me the part I was looking for is one size fits all. When they should me where the part was there where several in different sizes. I ended up having to google the right size. Employees are incompetent
Always helpful, never dismissive. I'm a "smart" guy, but my car knowledge has waned over the years, so when I have questions these guys have always steered me in the right direction - no nonsense. Tool lending and OBD2 code reading is super handy too.
The Store Manager John helped us pick the right battery for my car, ordered it online and had an easy install. Couldn't ask for a better or more smooth process. Truly how a transaction should happen - very clean and well maintained store. Great job!
