I can’t say enough about a specific employee at this given location. I came in today to get my battery tested here today. Here is a little back story of the events that led to this moment. My car was used to jump off my boyfriend’s brother’s car just this morning. Today while running errands, I sat in a parking lot idling for 15-20 minutes. I tried leaving and my car died while driving. I crank it back up and the same thing happens again. I panic as I have my baby in the back seat. I pray I can make it to the nearest Advanced Auto, I did. I quickly go into the store not shutting off my engine and ask for a battery test. Of course I needed one. I begin to tear up because at this given moment I am a single momma with a negative bank account and no money to spare on a battery. Not knowing this The kind women helping me goes into the store and returns with a battery. I though maybe she was going to try and charge my alternator for me, but wrong she put a new battery into my car for me at no cost me me. I have no idea how to repay her, but I plan to some way. She saved me and I’m not really sure she knows by how much! Thank you “Twin” for helping me and my baby boy. You are the KINDEST person I have come across in a very long time. I am forever grateful for you!
Never again will I return to this location and possibly Advanced Auto Parts again...after selecting the REAR brakes that I needed, I noticed when she was checking me out that she had FRONT brakes to a completely different vehicle after me specifying multiple times. When I was trying to select the correct spark plugs, she kept trying to tell me that there was "no difference between them besides how much you want to spend" and surprise surprise she sold me the wrong ones. She was also so clueless to the basic questions I was asking that another customer in line jumped in and answered everything.
I couldn't find what I was looking for just by walking around. The layout is different than any other Advance I've ever been in. I had to approach the counter where an employee was standing there not helping anyone, and she just stood there looking at items on the counter and not asking me if I needed any help. It was very awkward and when she did engage me she seemed disinterested and impolite.
My daughter needed a alternator on her Honda. I'm so proud she did it on her own. But the employees helped her on a very hard bolt to get to bolt.thanks to the great employee that helped her.
Small shop but they got what you need most likely!! Always a pleasure!
I needed a replacement for my headlight. They found the one I needed, showed me my 3 price options and even loaned me the tools I needed to install it in their parking lot. Great service!
Great place was in and out within minutes with the correct part I was percent satisfied since I walked like 7 miles to get there customer for life
It was kind of busy when I arrived around 3-3:30 PM on a weekday, but everyone was super pleasant and helpful. I checked online before headed to the store and the part I needed was in stock as reported on the website. Yay! I love when inventory online is current with the actual physical inventory, so thank you for that.
I went first opening at 7:00 AM . No line and the counter worker was nice and knowledgeable. Store was neat and clean. They had my product that I needed. Also you can check online for your product and order it and pick it up in store. I will return.
Great experience for my first time at this location that for some reason I never noticed before! The staff was friendly and helpful and carried the heavy items out for me. They had what I needed and took the time to answer my questions as well. Thanks, guys!
