They never pick up the phone. I always have to drive to the store to get a quote on a price.

Didn't have the tool I needed, but looked it up in their system, found me one a few miles awa, then called to have someone at that store go put eyes on it to be 100% sure before I drove 15 miles to that store!  Amazing service.  Thank you!
