I've recently had to go to Advanced Auto twice first to buy an alternator, second to buy a battery and both times I was really impressed with the customer service and my overall experience. They went above and beyond to help me out installing my new car battery. Couldn't recommend them more!
I bought a new car battery during my visit. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped and installed the battery into my Subaru. But, he was a real stand-up gentleman. We worked together to fiddle with the silly Subaru battery retention bolts. Really just a pleasant experience. Super nice guy.
Placed online order for in-store pickup. Received notification that order is ready for pickup. Arrive to find 2 Advance Auto Parts employees smoking pot outside the store entrance. Nothing is ready for pickup; I'm handed the wrong brake pads hardly an interchangeable part; I point it out; I'm advised that the store doesn't have what I ordered. Moderately intelligent children would run a tighter operation.
Myself, my Family go to AutoZone for virtually anything and everything we need for either of our vehicles. They are extremely helpful and literally go out of there way to assist us. Highly recommend AUTOZONE STORE. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED/WANT FOR YOUR CAR. THE PRICES ARE VERY AGREEABLE AND FARE. WE APPRECIATE AUTOZONE A GREAT DEAL.
The female employee who worked on Saturday afternoon was truely horrible. She sat on the counter and yelled at me several times for not finding what I wanted. She is not my boss and this is not my store. Her instruction was not even clear. I just dont understand.. I love this store because people who work there are very accomodating in general but the experience yesterday was something else. I work in a retail store as well but she should find somewhere else if what she wants is to be bossy and yells at customers.
Kyle was amazing! Helped me with my car issue and even replaced my battery for me! Friendly and fast service! Highly recommend!!
Never have a complaint, employees are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Free tool rental and computer diagnostics.
This company, store and staff are amazing. Wipers are expensive and have so many plastic adapters on them. Everyone is different. It's cool when the staff offer to help and within moments the wiper blade is ready to install.
I rate them with a 3 not because they did not have what I wanted but because they acted like it was a gift that they were helping me. No one else was in the store and they made me wait. I think because I was a woman. Maybe a 2 in better
I want to thank Charlie and Doug for their excellent service today. Doug was very helpful in helping to ID the battery problem I was having with my son's 2005 Mercedes station wagon and Charlie helped find the correct auxiliary battery and arranged to have it in tomorrow morning. These guys are pros, they know their products and provided excellent service. They are both great representatives for the Advance Auto parts brand. Thanks guys.
