I brought my mom who is 89 years old to Dr. Bernstein and she needed hearing aids which we knew. He is one of the nicest person you will ever meet. Dr. Bernstein took the time to explain how the hearing aids work and answered all of our questions. He does an excellent job and his staff is very detailed as well. I would highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Bernstein was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and positive in testing and fitting me with a hearing aid. I didn’t realize how much of a difference the hearing aid has made in my life! He also provided training in how to use and understand it. Everything about the hearing aid is amazing! I am confident in Dr. Bernstein’s care and I will remain a patient Confidently.

I saw this Medical Practice advertisement in The Riverdale Press. It says Earwax Removal done. I make an appointment twelve days in advance. I never received a follow up call, or email to confirm. The morning of my visit I call myself. I am told by Josh that the Audiologist will not be in today. This is two hours before my appointment. He says he was going to call me. Was he or would I go there and be turned away. Not professional. I cannot and will not every use this place.
