Unlike other facials, this one was performed upright and didn't involve anything — meaning, not a single product was used — but below-freezing air. And it was cold. Imagine sticking your face in a freezer for a few minutes — that's how cold it was. Luckily, the entire treatment was super quick, so it was over before I began to feel too uncomfortable. The technicians Kiana told me the infrared light and cryotherapy together would result in instantly tighter, firmer, and glowing skin, and, sure enough, they were right.
The lady who answers the phone must be mistaken about her job, unless her duties are to speak rudely and impatiently. I could almost hear her eyes rolling over the telephone as I attempted to make an appointment.
This is the best health facility in NYC. just trust her advice always. Staff is incredible. Service is professional. All around great time.
I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m completely hooked. Not only do I feel amazing after a whole body cryotherapy session, but the staff is always so great and helpful. They will guide you through every step of the process to ensure that you are comfortable and everything runs smoothly. The manager, Cynthia, was even kind enough to honor a promotional package that was offered on a third party website! I highly recommend this place :-
Absolutley amazing experience. It all started from when I made the appointment, having someone as professional and hospitable as Cynthia was. When my wife and I arrived she took care of us, answered all questions and was extremely informative and knowledgable. Wow how amazing Cryo is. We will definitely be back and definitely be back to see Cynthia.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the “express cyro facial” the most popular procedure the spa has to offer. I was greeted by the charismatic staff and brought into the private room. The lighting and mood of the venue made me feel at ease and ready for my facial. My skin now feels healthy and refreshed! I highly recommend this place to anyone who values health, beauty, and joy!
