Jim is an honest and trustworthy guy whose experience with Ducatis makes him indispensable. Came in with a weird issue where my hypermotard would suddenly lose power. Initially thought it was the servo and I plugged in a servo bypass. Couple of days later I stalled on 101 and managed to limp to Jim’s. He took a look and ran some diagnostics. Turns out the battery module was faulty and was cathode was broken. He promptly replaced the battery and I was back on the road in less than 30 mins.

Jim was a pleasure to deal with. He did a repair estimate for my rare Ducati Elefant. He helped me unload the bike at drop-off and load the bike at pick-up. His shop and parking lot are covered in customer Ducatis! He's a trusted mechanic for the brand for sure.

It can be hard to find an honest shop willing to work on Ducatis especially at a fair price. They were all helpful, knowledgeable, and did not try to upsell at all. First time with this shop, had a regular service and tires changed on my 2017 Multi. Low $$$ rate, and I got the bike back same day, running great. Good communication, and Jim was really informative. Definitely recommended!
