City Derm is truly the best dermatologist in NYC also has the best staffing very courteous, professional,and respectful staff team in the environment/vicinage. Grateful shout-out to their services. Just be patient, respectful,and genuine about how you feeling,& doing,& ,or your condition so they may help better assisting the situation.
Omg! I didn’t know that it was possible to have a clean face. My skin looks amazingly beautiful. I saw step by step how my face problems were improving after each visit. Thanks to Advanced Detmathilogy
This is my 3rd time there doctors are awesome they take there time explain everything to you . Now the front desk girl with the glasses was very rude when I registered not welcoming at all her customer service sucked . Other then that I was happy .
Why would they treat demodex with fungal creams? What happened to an in depth exam. Why am I getting charged for visits that are not helping me? Why does the doctor seem condescending to patients?
Welcoming office. Always has availability. Doctors are informative. Jess at the front desk is always efficient & professional.
This office is a joke. Don’t go here or to the one in parkchester! Two horrible locations with incompetent staff. Who makes an appointment under a different doctor name knowing the referral says a specific doctor name? Like cmon. I’ve wasted my time coming here TWICE! Never again. I’m the one who fixed my eczema anyways, not them.

Coming an hour away. I have an appointment at 2 pm, yet i have been waiting for over an hour to be seen. No social distancing in the waiting room as they over booked their appointments for today Friday- 2/4/22 coming into the room looks like they haven’t even cleaned it. Ya should definitely do a lot better.
