I've had my appointment cancelled or moved by this office 4 times in the last 3 months. This morning I showed up for my appointment after receiving a confirmation text on Friday and was told my appointment had once again been cancelled without so much as a single call, voicemail, or text communication. This is absolutely unprofessional and incredibly inconsiderate.

Highly recommend. The receptionist was very friendly, organized and professional, the staff was very supportive and thoughtful, and Dr Taglienti was incredibly kind . A great experience.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was great once I was finally able to be seen.

Great place, went to remove cyst, wait was short and surgeon was outstanding, very knowledgeable professional and great throughout. Great communicator guiding me through. Excellent! Didn’t feel a thing.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Goldburt is very nice and she ask questions pertaining to your concerns. She is always ready, willing and able to address the patients concerns. Great job!!!

I don’t think the hour long wait time is acceptable at all . There was also no apology for it. I’ve also called twice for my biopsy results and I still don’t know!!! No one has called me back! The waiting room is very small. The Dr was nice but it felt rushed.

I try to avoid negative reviews but after the barrage of text & emails to do so, here goes. My vibrant, elderly mom has lived with moles covering 50% of her body for decades without a problem. Lately she's complained about 2 specific, treatable areas that were irritating and causing sleep deprivation due to itching. We arrived 15mins early for this 1st appointment. Immediately the receptionist was anything but friendly, courteous and welcoming. She did eventually soften up. We waited an hour for the Dr. whom rushed in and was rushed the entire time. We pointed out the problem areas and she immediately suggested dry skin. Then went on to say insurance wouldn't cover treatment as it's considered cosmetic. Once I convinced her that it wasn't cosmetic but medical, she chose to focus on the easiest spot, and treated it. The Dr. then suggested it was a neurological disorder, gave her some over the counter samples and ran out. She never apologized for the wait & never truly listened or addressed the issue. Do better! Most people don't see physicians for sport. My mom has to really be bothered to do so. I will commend the nurse whom was professional asked questions and suggested a full body exam!. Kudos to her!

Safe and timely appointment. The office is clean and nicely decorated if I may add, Dr. Joerg was knowledgeable and quick! She evaluated my 16 year old sons face for acne. We were on our way before I knew it. Screening was Covid safe, minimal contact!

Both Dr. Joerg and her staff are friendly, attentive and patient. They thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. Great experience!

From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, you are greeted with pleasant, happy staff. Dr. Joerg is always patient and thorough and you never feel rushed or dismissed. Truly very lucky to have a doctor like this. Thank you!
