I went to this practice for the first time and instantly felt welcomed. From the very first phone call to leaving the reception desk after make a follow-up appointment. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctor I saw her first name is Jen is amazing! Very attentive and super sweet!

The web site advertised laser procedures. I was wanting to have some dark spots removed from my face. This is not offered. They said they would look into getting that changed on the web site but I still had to pay for the visit.

Staff and services are excellent, but the phone system is extremely impersonal and aggravating to plow thru. So frustrating to try to connect to a person!
