Nurse Practitioner Christina Smiley is a superstar!! My 7 year old daughter had a large wart on her foot that required multiple treatments. Christina was warm and comforting, acknowledged her fears, and encouraged her throughout the process - which, at times, was painful and uncomfortable. She sets a high standard for the care of children and was confident and highly competent when it came to providing me with info and updates. For NYC, waiting area was clean and very comfortable, staff are capable of not overly friendly, and communication was the right amount across multiple channels.

Very unprofessional, rude, and disgustingly disorganized. My appointment was at 5:45PM I decided to get there early at 4:45PM, signed in to see the appropriate doctor. After waiting past my scheduled time, I decided to inquire - I was told I'd be next. Still waiting, at this point its 6:30PM and I had yet been seen. The nurse walks over to me with a smug face stating, "I have bad news the doctor left". I waited OVER TWO HOURS to be seen only to be told the DOCTOR LEFT. Completely and utterly disrespectful! Not returning!!

They’re friendly, very professional and makes you feel very comfortable even in handling the most private areas of your body. They’re are the best.

In my experience, doctor appointments tend to be hit or miss- advanced dermatology was a big HIT- it made sense to me when I learned this is a chain with multiple locations- check in process was smooth and courteous, forms were simple, and wait time for as short. This all would have made for a good visit, what made it exceptional was Dr. Joerg- who is a Wow!! Incredible, brightful, sweet up-beat energy, very knowledgeable, patient with my questions, she has dream-like qualities... kind of like how imagine a doctor in heaven would be- she is all-around exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for her excellent care. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve always felt Dr. Joerg was an excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable about her specialty with excellent “bedside” practices ever since I first took my son to see her over 11 years ago. And now that I’m a patient I’m experiencing it firsthand. The staff is great as well and anytime someone asks me if I know of a good dermatologist I recommend Dr. Joerg.
