I was prescribed a medicine noted in my chart that I am allergic too. I left a message for the office stating what happened and I did get a call back from a front office person stating they “corrected the issue” and I could go to the pharmacy again to pick up another prescription. No apology. I will be getting a second opinion.
Grace helps me very often with my painful ear issues. She is always kind and does a great job! Thank you.
