Wow! Never met such a rude front desk office! When I was finally attended by Maggie. I started explaining the project I needed and she interrupted me saying " you want us to readapt this model you already have, we dont do that". I answered her that " no, I just needed the measurements of its base to be applied to the new project. Every question I made was answered with " yeah but you gotta pay", she kept saying. She couldnt understand the project and she only spoke to me in the form of a snare or smirk as if I was saying something wrong by wanting my customization. I turned around for 10 seconds to show her the item that needed to be protected by foam, and when I turned around she was gone. After a couple minutes she came out of the bathroom without saying anything. After trying to describe my project I asked her if there was anyone that could send me a drawing before starting the prototype, and once again, Maggies said, " yeah but you gotta pay for it, and we're not gonna do two drawings for only 6 items. She said it while almost laughing in my face! At that point I packed my stuff and left. As I was leaving I could hear her telling her trainee how I was trying to get away with not paying for prototype designs and that they only provide such service with bulk orders. In hearing that I went back to the office and told her the only reason I left was because she was rude and money had nothing to do with it. She then waved me goodbye and said " Good luck!" I never met such a rude salesman/woman, I was almost insulted a ridiculed the whole time I was there and I didn't even come out with the info I needed. They definitely do not deserve my money and that woman should not be in contact with the public, the whole time I had the impression that I was getting treated badly because my project wasn't big enough or i wasn't spending enough money. She even said they don't release pricing information without a signed contract, which is absurd because how am I supposed to sign anything when I don't know what the bill is gonna look like? She has no clue how to serve customers, at least not the ones with small projects. The 2 hour drive through traffic was not worth the 5 minutes of humiliation and frustration! I highly do NOT recommend this company!
Drivers, back into the lot. It is very thin where you have to unload. Cars are everywhere, if you pull in it will be very difficult to get out and they will tell you that they can't get on the truck to unload because of insurance purposes so you have to help unload.
I had Advanced Foam make me 4 columns for my house. The columns came out great. Im knocking off a point because they were late, and they didn't sell the plaster material so I bought it at Home Depot.
MAGGIE RIVERA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! AND RUDE!!! Maybe she's bff with her boss. THEY WILL UNLOAD YOU FROM THE STREET. INSTEAD OF HAVING TO DO UNSAFE MANEUVERS WITH YOUR BIG RIG. DONT LET MAGGIE FORCE YOU OR MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO PULL IN THEIR SMALL ALLEY. SAFETY FIRST!!!
Knowing advanced foam for year I will said 14 years they very professional never had problems with the material. So if you have a project call them very good people
