Advanced Group Property Inspections

Imagine your worst nightmare about your inspection come true. That is what happened to me and my sister with this company. We called Mary the day that we went in contract for our property and provided the detail of the property. She had Alex, the husband, call us back and gave us a price and a 3-day lead time which was reasonable. So we decided to hire them. We asked take to send us the contract and invoice. After 2 days of follow up we finally received the contract the night before our inspection. And guess what? The price was 30% higher than what was originally mentioned. After calling Alex and bring this up to his attention, he said he will check on this and call us back. In 20 min or so, we get a call from Mary who started screaming and told us anything nasty that came out of her month with raciest comments. She told us that we are lying to get a discount. We tried to calm her to have a conversation but she kept screaming and cursing us. We ended up hanging up in a complete shock and disappointment. Now what? We have our inspection tomorrow and we have to start Looking for somebody decent who can make it there in less than 24 hours. When we told about how unacceptable their behavior was, they sent us an apologetic text, but that wouldn’t help us with a delayed inspection.

Gary did a great job on my home inspection. Not only did he give me what I needed to complete escrow, he gave me a helpful tour of my new home along with suggestions for ongoing maintenance to keep my new home in top shape. Wonderful.
