WAY better than the Princess Anne location. I called Princess Anne literally like 10 times between several dates and times. Never got a person on the phone. First time I called this location and BAM, someone answered the phone and was able to give me the information I needed
Wish I could give zero stars. I have called and left voicemails for the past 3 days with no returned calls. So I went in today for my MRI to an empty clinic to a gentleman at the front desk. When I asked 1. That noone has returned any of my calls and needed to verify both of my preauthorizations for my MRI he said he didn't have a clue. 2. When I asked why my calls when unreturned all his excuse is that they are always busy... yet he didn't return my call this morning because the waiting room was near empty except one other patient in it... so due to this I had to reschedule my appointment, left with still nk answers. This identical thing happened a year ago for the same test reason I was blowing up their phones days before to make sure they had received the preauthorizations because last year they hadn't and wanted to chance that both my insurances weren't going to cover it. Horrible customer service and all I hear are excuses.
Very professional staff. always answered my questions. Called to remind me about my appt. Whenever i call someone always answers the phone. Everyone was simply great. Always know what they are taking about.
