Friendly family-run business. I used their service for many years. Unfortunately, over the course of those years I experienced numerous billing errors and inconsistency in their service. They are unable to effectively manage auto-bill pay and are very slow to respond to inquires/issues. From a service standpoint, there were several instances where my pool was supposed to be serviced and I don't believe they came or provided notice that they were unable to come that week. I recently discontinued my service and they have been non-responsive to my emails requesting a refund of overcharged invoices. Their voicemail boxes are full and they are not returning my calls. Although their pricing is reasonable, it was time-consuming to monitor their services, follow up on promised tasks and make sure I was charge correctly each month.
