Received a cold-call soliciting my business to use their protection services. When I told him I was happy with the co. I used - he bad-mouthed them immediately. NOT the way to get my business!! Never.
They are overcharging for services. I had a battery thst cost $60 replaced. It took the service representative not even 5 minutes and I was charged over $200. Every thing that goes wrong with the system, you have to pay for it. They changed their internet system. I also had to pay for that. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You are better off buying your own security system. Can't wait for my contract to expire. Would not renew
I rarely write reviews however the team over at AP has gone so far above and beyond for me over these last couple of years I feel like I needed to write something. The owner has been personally attentive to me and my family since the beginning, their office and monitoring staff are friendly and thorough, their technicians go above and beyond to make sure everything we need or ask for is taken care of to our liking. Their pricing is fair, they offer affordable means for upgrades and their monitoring department is top of the line. My family and I are forever grateful for the peace of mind your company has provided us with. Thank you so very much!
So very disappointed with the service from this company so far. We live in a condominium complex where AP just installed a new fire alarm system. A couple days after the install, an issue arose causing the main control panel in the hallway to beep constantly. We reported it to the on-call technician on duty Saturday evening, 1/25. We were told that although he was on call, he was with his family and would not be leaving to address the issue. We explained to him that the beeping had been going on for an entire day. He proceeded to hang up the phone on my fiance. Today, 1/26, we called 24 hours later after returning from a day trip and realizing that it still had not been fixed. We called and spoke to the same on-call tech who again informed us that he was on-call but would not be coming to fix it. This is literally driving everyone in our building insane. Our neighbors have a newborn baby. It is absolutely unacceptable that this has been going on for two days with the company's knowledge and they have done nothing.
This company did a great a job, they saved me money on my account. My wife and I got 3 quotes they were the most reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their family. Also company was very neat and professional and i felt like they really listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. A++ company in my book!
I found this company to be very professional from the time they installed the system, to the times we have have needed service or tripped our system. The system has performed very well, and when we had a problem with a CO sensor, they were there the same day to repair it. I would, and I do, recommend Advanced Protection for anyone needing any type of building security.
I have had and know 4 people who use Advanced Protection for their alarm system, camera system and one door access. All of the staff including the owner Peter have so professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. Anytime I need anything they answer me right away and address my questions and concerns. I always recommend Advanced Protection to everyone!
Great alarm company!! Have been nothing but thrilled with our service since switching over to them. Not only were they able to save me money off my monitoring bill but the service is 10x better than my old company. Highly recommended.
After having issues with detectors going off and waiting for hours having to reset panel every time system went off and waking up my newborn a tech finally came out and had us sign for the work performed not informing us that I was getting signed into a 5 year contract extremely poor communication and after trying to cancel I was told I can’t do anything about it…horrible customer service
Got a new phone system in October so my alarm did not work until feb 14 when I was robbed and had to update the system they said they do daily tests which doesn’t make any sense because my system shoulda have been changed to cellular in October they said they tried to call but they had both owners cell phone lost over 15k because of the robbery
