AVOID this place, very unprofessional. Waited over 2 months for an appointment. Showed up 20 minutes early. Paid and waited to be seen. Turns out the scheduler made the appointment with the wrong doctor so now I have to seek help at another office and wait months all over again. What a waste of time and faith in this business meant for mental health help.

Izabella is the best psychiatrist I have ever been under the care of. She is very thorough and cares about how you’re feeling. She’s genuinely concerned about how the medications work and side effects. I was misdiagnosed for many years and got a proper diagnosis and put on the right treatment at this psychiatrist office. Also the front desk staff are very polite, have kind demeanor and very respectful towards the patient. I’m impressed. Good business is hard to come by nowadays especially mental health treatment. Dr. Gupta is a good doctor. I have been going to him for a couple of years now. Recently, because of COVID our communication has been by phone which is more safe for the patients.

So I moved to Vegas from Washington State, like 7 years ago and have seen like 3 psychiatrists before seeing Dr. Gupta. I have only seen him for like 3 months, and in that short period of time he has done more for me than the other three put together. He listens to my concerns regarding my medication and doesn't treat me like I am crazy. I am treated like a human being, not just a number. I am so grateful to have found him cause I can be a bit much at times to deal with. Dr. Gupta shows a genuine concern for my well being, and pretty sure there are very few like him anymore. After relocating fro California to Las Vegas I needed to find a psychiatric Doctor. Due to our insurance plan we did not have but a few choices to select a psychiatrist. Mental health is crucial to a healthy life after dealing with trauma and other life changing situations. In California we had a great insurance plan that allowed flexibility when choosing a dr that will be crucial to overcoming some bad life experiences. primarily the psychiatrist will be there to learn about you and will set up a regiment of one or more medicines that will ideally help calm your nerves. Other medications can help with breakthrough panic attacks. It is crucial to be brutally honest with your doctor. Failure to be honest about everything will lead to subpar outcomes from your treatment. 1 the medical treatment is only one component to a well rounded approach to your personal healing. 2 medications can only help quiet your mind so that you can move forward to actual one on one intensive therapy with a Counselor. In California we had access to private practice doctors and therapists. I had no idea what a difference seeing a private psychiatrist and therapist made on my treatment. After our relocation I asked our insurance rep for a list of in network doctors. I learned about MANAGED CARE. This type of treatment is very impersonal. The doctors and therapists have a structured and inflexible treatment plan they are required to follow. I would see my psychiatrist once every 3 months. We would spend no more than five minutes together. No face contact no critical questions were asked. The therapy was even worse still. I had finally had it. This was wasting my time and I saw no significant improvement. Trying to be honest did not matter they were not really interested. I made the decision to pay out of my own pocket and went searching for a professional private practice doctor. Private practice allows the doctors and counselors much more flexibility. They are not tied down to a nationwide huge corporate ideology who’s mission statement revolves around increased profits. I am NOT bashing mental health care at such a place as Harmony health. We reached a point in life where we could afford to pay cash. Don’t forget to ask for any cash pay discounts I am so thrilled to have found Dr Gupta. Others have mentioned that Dr Gupta takes time to get to know you. He interacts. His follow up appointments are worthwhile. He actively listens. He asked appropriate questions and involves you in your care. BUT - you must be brutally honest so that he can help you help yourself. Failure to share everything with the Dr is only hurting yourself. I have provided him with my life story- the good the bad and the ugly. No judgment is ever shown. He truly does care. He does not make you feel inferior. One unhealthy behavior I have is pathetic to me. Dr Gupta put me at ease and explain how I am not alone and I would be surprised how many affluent people are suffering too. What. Great approach He is compassionate and empathetic. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gupta for about 3 years now and I’m so grateful to have been referred to him via my psychologist. I’m sad I hadn’t left a review prior to this, better late than never! I’ve had over a handful of psychiatrists in my life and never felt truly heard. I don’t like to cause a stir or ask for more than what’s offered because I assume the physician knows best. I’d go to my appointments, leave the office feeling unfulfilled and continue on with my mediocre life without many options or hopes in adjusting my meds. I feel as if this is why so many people give up on seeking relief for their mental health. Feeling unheard and not much improvement through time further takes a toll on our mental health. I’m glad, so glad that I didn’t give up. Dr. Gupta really listens to his patients, he treats us with respect and care. He asks questions about all aspects of my life and contributing factors to why I could be feeling better or worse. He takes his time, he takes notes and re reads them at the next visit so he can give the appointment his all. He’s also confident in his knowledge and utilizes the patients input. After my first appointment with the Doctor I am pleasantly surprised with my experience. He very naturally had an open and honest conversation with me about what brought me into his office. He circled back and addressed everything and made me feel at ease. He professionally substantiated what I’ve been feeling and experiencing. I’d highly recommend.

Dr Gupta is the best psychiatrist I have ever had! He is a truly caring doctor that wants his patients to feel the best they can. If you are willing to be an open patient then you will benefit from Dr Gupta but you have to be willing to be open and do your part as a patient looking for relief. You rock Dr Gupta, very grateful to have found you! Also regarding the staff, they are always very friendly and helpful, great overall experience.

I have been to more doctors and been on more meds than I can remember. Dr. Gupta asked me questions and genuinely listened to my concerns. Within three visits, he had me feeling better than I have in years. He doesn’t just try to drown your symptoms with medication. He definitely displays more care and consideration than most doctors, especially psychiatrist. I would highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gupta for almost 5 years now. He is very kind, empathetic, thorough, and knowledgeable! I’ve been on this horrible ‘journey’ which has included hospitals psychiatric, and many differently psychiatrists since my diagnosis 18 years ago.
