Advanced Radiology

I rated this facility high for its efficiency, it’s sanitary practices, it’s responsiveness. When I went to the Owings Mills location, I was greeted and presented with the opportunity to receive a mask if I didn’t have one. Other practices evidenced sanitized procedures were being followed. For instance, the reception location I was directed to had pen containers labeled clean or dirty. The wait time to get my X-ray was minimal within 15 minutes.. The facility was well maintained for sanitation and protective equipment was used in the X-ray room. The technicians were very courteous and professional and answered when the results would be to my doctor. A very pleasant experience.

My 1st time using them, had appointment scheduled for bone marrow test plus an x-ray - x-rays are walk-in, no appointments, so was told to simply bring the order with me. There was hardly any wait time for either, it only took 1. 5 hours from walking in the door to walking out. All staff was excellent - courteous, friendly, and very good at their respective jobs. I was particularly impressed with the medical technicians. Highly recommend - this was the Owings Mills location at 21 Crossroads Drive, 21117.

The Tech that works with me this time I didn't get her name. I really liked her, she made me feel comfortable she held a conversation with me while doing the procedure. Also, she informed me about what she was doing while doing the procedure. She gets 5 stars!!!

My experience was good. The receptionist greeted me and was friendly and helpful. The technicians were friendly, put me at ease and had no difficulty with my injection.

I arrived about 30 minutes earlier expecting to wait, they got me back after a few minutes. I was prepared and ready to go. I got out when I was supposed to be arriving. Smooth and no problems! Staff was AMAZING!

Very efficient, on time, courteous. Initially scheduler thought pre authorization required, but I asked since not required previously and was able to schedule sooner without it.

I went here to receive a MRI, the staff here is great my short time there they made me feel comfortable the entire time. I walked in signed in and was at the counter, not 5 mins later I was called to the back. The nurses were polite and made me feel comfortable. I will be requesting this location whenever I require any of there services in the future. Thank you ladies

Called Owings Mills location 9/8/22 to schedule appointment. Spoke with Chakia. She was very professional in conversation. She explained what's to be expected on my appointment visit. Was very helpful. Made me feel relaxed while speaking with her. I could talk to her all day. Thanks for your help Chakia.

Staff were efficient at handling a waiting room full of patients. My appointment was on time. Technician explained the procedure to me and when to expect results to be communicated to my physician.
