Story

Located in the North-Atlanta suburb of Woodstock, Georgia, Advanced Stucco Repair began operating as a Class-C Georgia Corporation in 1997.
Its founder and president, Darrin Straub, supplemented his income while attending college working with a large stucco repair company based in Atlanta. Darrin began his stucco “education” in 1989 and quickly rose to the top of the company, coordinating all projects, handling product inventory control and complete oversight of all jobs.

In 1997, Darrin left his former employer amicably and, as he had made clear for several years, fulfilled his goal of starting his own company.

Advanced Stucco Repair, Inc. has an unparalleled reputation in the stucco repair, warranty and maintenance industry. Unlike the company name may imply, ASR does not just limit its services to “repair” work. In fact, Advanced Stucco Repair, Inc. has successfully completed a number of major commercial projects on NEW STUCCO APPLICATIONS. ASR is one of a very few selected MoistureFree Guaranteed Contractor’s for the nation’s largest Stucco Warranty company, MoistureFree Warranty of Cornelius, North Carolina. This status is the result of years of experience and quality work done when referred to warranty customers by MoistureFree Warranty.

Darrin along with his staff and job crews have undergone and participated in continuing education made available by the manufacturers and leaders in the stucco industry.
