In 2013 my maintenance service provider of 10 years retired and relocated and I became a customer of Advantage Heating and Cooling after researching on the Trane website, reviewing recommendations and physically going to the business to “check them out”. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly and everyone was professional and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Having had no problems with my system at the time I purchased a maintenance service even though my system was 10 years old. After 2 years of first-class maintenance service I experienced my first problem with the outside unit. The technician sent out made the repair efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Two months later I had another problem with the outdoor unit and considering the age of my system I decided at that point to replace my 12+ year old system. The entire process was smooth and everyone involved was very professional and courteous. The Field Supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my selection of the new system and the installation crew sent out did an excellent job. This company is outstanding in all aspects and I highly recommend them with absolute confidence.

This company has the most openly racist commercials I have encountered since the end of minstrel shows. How this company thinks its perfectly fine to openly mock people using an "Island" accent in several of their commercials is beyond my comprehension. Please be more considerate Advantage Heating & Cooling. If you insist on pulling from a culture in order to promote your services, consider hiring someone from that culture. Its demeaning, not funny.

Fantastic experience! Jessie took my call and was cheerful and empathetic, and got us scheduled for an immediate service call. Sean arrived promptly, identified the problem, and fixed it within an hour! Very professional staff, excellent prices, and super customer service. We are now customers for life! Thanks, Advantage!!!

I would like to thanks the people who works there. Especially Adam McClanahan who came to the house and did a outstanding job in troubleshooting to find the problem and getting it solved. Adam been to the house a few times in last couple of years and he always done a great job. so my thanks goes out to him. Also the office people I had to talk to have been great also. The company has always been to my house within less than 24 hours once I had call and sometime been there within 4 hours. Thanks. Phillip Fuller

We contacted Advantage Heating & Cooling for service on Friday afternoon 5/13/16. We received a service call on Monday, 5/16/16. Our system was thoroughly inspected. We knew before calling that our system needed to be replaced. We were given a fair estimate and contracted with the company to have replacement. Tuesday morning we received a call to schedule the replacement the next day. A team came out early the Wednesday, laid drop cloths, covering and protecting the work area, removed the old system and installed the new HVAC system. They worked quickly, quietly and completed the job by the end of the day. A field supervisor came out to check on the progress during the day. We hardly knew they were here. The Field Supervisor returned at the end of the day when the work was complete to make certain all was well and that we understood operation of the new system. The team cleaned up after themselves before they left. Other than a new quiet and efficient HVAC system on the premises one would never know they had been here. Knowledgeable personnel, great team work and Excellent service. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.
