Very happy with my interaction and my purchase with Advantage. I saw they had a great price on a Summit Kegerator. I didn't want to miss out on the deal, but I was not able to get there to look at it. Martin sent me photos and answered all my questions via phone and email. They seemed professional and were obviously trying to give me a good sense of the item's condition, so I took a chance and had it delivered without reviewing it in person. The delivery team was helpful and professional. Great customer service, great product, great price. I didn't catch the lady's name that answered the phone, but the whole team was very professional and helpful. Happy to recommend them.

Stay away! This place is full of liars. Promised delivery in 10-14 days. Makes you pay in full and after two months I still haven't received my equipment or a refund. Every time I call the owner, Martin "isn't there". My brother called 10 minutes after I did asked about a new pizza oven, he immediate jumps on the line. I should have known better than to trust a place that demands upfront payment. Don't sign anything until delivery. THEIVES!
UPDATE: Martin, called me for the first time in two months to complain to me about this review, less than 3 hours after I posted it. If you want to get his attention leave a bad review. He said it wasn't his fault, and that I should be honest. He was upset about the word "thieves". What else do you call someone who takes your money and doesn't deliver what was promised? He didn't call to apologize. He didn't even refund my money. At this point him stringing me along cost my business more money than the cost of the equipment. A full refund can't make up for the damage this so called company has done to my business.
I usually use Mediterranean restaurant equipment in Union. It was a mistake not to.

I have bought equipment from Advantage on two separate occasions. Besides being straight forward and honest, these guys are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the right equipment to purchase. Both times I thought I needed one thing, but after describing my restaurant and the changes that I was making to my menu... Martin knew exactly what I needed. It is safe to say that all of my future equipment needs will be handled at Advantage Restaurant Equipment (especially after having dealt with some of their not-so-honest competitors). Their huge selection of used equipment was great, but the comfort level I felt with my purchase when I walked out the door was better.

It was a pleasure buying from Advantage. My location was a very difficult delivery but there install team pulled it off flawless.... THANKS ADVANTAGE TEAM
