I understand COVID, but I had to wait outside in the freezing weather while my wife took my 3 year old daughter to the ER for nurse maids elbow. They wouldn’t even let me in the waiting room.

We went here for a short term operations today. Both Wally and I were impressed with the level of care Wally recieve. I was impressed with the systems they had in place to keep me informed on Wally's surgery and recovery! The facility was very clean and the staff was great!

Came here to the emergency room. The nurses and doctors have time to huddle around and chat with each other and wish each other happy birthday over the intercom but they can’t tend to the people waiting on them in the rooms and waiting room....shows the priorities.

Been sitting here for hours and they're just chatting it up about their weekend plans. The most unprofessional people work here.

My surgery experience here was fine, everyone was nice and helpful. However I did accidentally leave my phone charger behind in my room post-surgery and someone took it home instead of giving it to the lost and found, so that’s annoying. Just one more thing I have to spend money on while paying off insane medical bills.

Best hospital ever. Very helpful staff and easy to get ahold of. They are on top of all paperwork and everything was filled out perfect. Unlike other medical clinics this is by far the best!

I appreciated that they arranged all of their IV's and tubing in a way that was minimally intrusive and that she was allowed to maintain her dignity with tidy blanketing and positioning.
