Adventure Limousine & Transportation

Thank you Adventure Limo for providing us last minute transportation to NY for our cruise! We were a group of 28 including 5 children. We found ourselves without transportation 5 days before we were supposed to leave. Adventure made the process quick and easy, even taking the time after hours to put together a quote and quickly get back to us. The bus was comfortable and our driver Geoff was attentive and timely. The kids were surprised on the trip home with gift bags that made the drive home more fun for them. I would gladly recommend Adventure Limo and will definitely book travel with them in the future!

Illegally parks their car in a handicap spot at McDonald's and refuses to move the vehicle. No handicap placard nor customer in the vehicle. Also blocking a handicap van loading/unloading area reserved for the handicap spot next to it.

Honestly, a bad transportation business with a few good employees. Customer service from the employees is great for the most part. The vehicles they drive for taxi are old police cars and cheap Van's. New York taxis look better. The drivers are dressed nice but drive dirty cars. The cars don't seem to be cared for very well. Taxis are limited in the area which makes it tough, but try somewhere else if you can.

Getting in touch with someone is difficult. Called 2 days prior to requested service to add a passenger and they canceled my ride, leaving me in a tough spot. They still charged my card $240.00, and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the return ride? Ummmm???

These people are by far the worst company I've ever had the horrible experience dealing with. I live in spofford New Hampshire not that it's bad enough to bring me one way to work in Keene not even a 15-minute ride and I get charged $20 one way they've had the audacity twice within the same week to schedule me rides to and from work also doctor's appointment and cancel on me last minute or leave me waiting an extra two and a half hours after the business is closed.in a state where the temperatures are below freezing I find this completely unacceptable I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this these people are criminals.

Karissa and her team did a fantastic job getting our wedding guests back and fourth from ceremony to reception. Drivers arrived on time and were helpful with guests. Would highly recommend Adventure for any type of transportation.

Respectful employees but exactly 7 days after I used their service gave them all my debit card info over the phone my bank called for acts of fraud and I had to go get a new debit card. I monitor my banking very closely and that service was the only inconsistency out of my usual day to day use. Just be aware

We had a great experience with Adventure Limousine for our wedding. Emma was incredibly helpful in planning and our driver Doug S. was there in a timely fashion and very accommodating! One of our easier vendors to work with for our wedding!

Worst taxi service in the Keene NH area. I used them 6 times in the last month. I always booked my taxi a day in advance. Always 30 minutes late with the excuse blaming the office of over booking. The final straw was I booked taxi a day in advance to be picked up at the grocery store. After waiting 10 minutes past my pickup time I called the office. They said I never booked with them. I will never use them again. After calling Sunrise cab they were there in 10 minutes to bring me home. Thank you Sunshine cab.
