This was a great buying experience. The sales guys were friendly and fair. The service department is simply amazing. Stephanie was extremely detailed with her walkthrough and Steve is a god when it comes to knowledge of these rigs. Whatever he gets paid it's not enough :) This was our second unit, our first we purchased at Windish and Adventure RV blew them out of the water. If you are in the front range area, I'd highly recommend taking a trip up to Cheyenne for your next RV purchase.

David in Parts found and ordered some hard-to-get parts for our 2010 Outback. Parts arrived faster than we thought possible. We appreciate his help and good, courteous service.

Adventure RV has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. We were well informed shoppers with admittedly high expectations and these guys met those expectations every step of the way. Their sales team was not only easy to work with from out of state but bent over backwards to accommodate all of our requests. When we arrived, everything was as promised and it took all of five minutes to do the paperwork and take ownership of our new rig. However, what had the biggest impact and made us customers for life, was their Service Manager Steve. He gave up the better part of his Saturday to do our PDI and patiently answered every question I had over the course of four hours (most PDIs take less than two). By that time, a winter storm had rolled in and we were stuck in Cheyenne for the next three nights. Not only did they let us stay on their lot to ride out the storm but Steve would check in at night to make sure we had enough blankets and were staying warm. And had it not been for Mike's invaluable crash course on towing a 5th wheel in inclement weather, we may not have made it home. If you are tired of dealing with giant dealerships where every employee is just part of the machine reach out to Adventure RV and let them take care of you.

Initially went well.....very helpful, quick to grab application and run numbers. My wife and I were told this would be a "soft" check and not hurt credit. They ran a hard check instead as I received credit alert from a monitor service. This was a Sunday. We were told we would get a call on Monday with financing answer.....three days and no call back. Monday I received another alert that a second hard check had been run. Terrible follow through from finance person and sales person as we have yet to be called. Just common courtesy to respond when told we would hear back Monday and it's now Wednesday. I can only assume service after a sale would be the same or worse. Don't go here....they don't need your business.
