Our driver, Erick started out being a 1/2 late for pickup. He provided some back ground history on the way to Hoover Dam which was interesting except when he used profanity. At the dam site, he let us out & said be back in 65 minutes. No guidance at what to see, do first or what was closed. Found out near end of time that we should have taken a tour into the inner works first. One other customer discussed her unsatisfaction with this lack of information/guidance with him before boarding the bus. He also had a confrontation with another bus driver who had almost collided with his bus in the parking structure. Upon letting the complaining customer & her party of 3 off at their hotel, he verbally trashed her even after another customer said she felt differently about the complainer. After that anything we commented about Las Vegas--airfare, high prices etc--he told us loudly "If you can't afford the prices DON'T COME to Vegas. We found him to be very negative. Time to retire!
Looks like a few people on here had bad experiences,But for us it was fantastic , was on time for pick up, had a very entertaining driver Sam was very knowledgeable about Hoover dam and Grand canyon. Had a great breakfast and lunch.was allowed plenty of time!! Me personally will definitely use them again. Lots of options out here in Vegas and we shopped and talked to a lot of them , pink jeeps was one of the recommended ones and maybe it's nice . Didnt see anything special about them. But the sales lady was very rude. Hate rude people!!!! If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!! Thanks Sam
No refund after tour was cancelled due to bad weather. Have reported to authorities and pending for their reply. Tour agent Renata at Palazzo Hotel keep assuring there will be refund. But nothing was done after 2 weeks.
Avoid this company at all costs, by far the worst in Vegas. They gave me the wrong pick up information for the Hoover Dam Tour and I ended up taking a cab to get there. Horrible customer service experience.
avoid this company if you do not want to loose your money....they will give you a pick up time and there will be no one there....they will say there came to the agreed place even if it is not true...phone number provided by them pn the booking reservation does not exist....zero customer service no refund no apologize they will say all is your fault...it is a scam and fraud!!! Their sales representative said it is better to book at Groupon or other web site as it is less expensive
