Samsung set an appointment with Advisory TV to do the recall service on my washing machine. I was nervous based on the negative reviews but the tech who came out to my house was professional and on time. The service took all of 10 minutes and I was pleased with the work done.

terrible experience, I just have a minor problem with my television. They wanted to charge me over 500 dollars for the work. This excludes my 80 dollar deposit. I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend.

Honestly terrible customer service. They make promises that they simply can't/won't keep. Took time off from work so that someone could repair my television, which was thankfully covered under a warranty, but they simply did not show up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TV REPAIR NEEDS!!!

I made an appointment with this company to have someone come and look at my TV. No one showed up and when I called to see where they were around 4:30, no one answered the phone.

Scammer's do not use these people or you will be sorry.. i brought a 4 year old tv for a repair got it back home still not working properly brought it back now there asking another two hundred dollars to fix it.. i am contacting Samsung and the better business Bureau!

Very honest and kind

I am a Service Manager for an AV company in NYC. We have used Advisory TV numerous times and they are our go to TV service provider. Yes they ask for money first. Duh! it costs money to send someone out or provide and in house estimate. Who works for free?
