This Company does not value their patients nor their employees, time and time again higher up authority abuse their title to bully those who wear their heart on their sleeve, what a shame that this company only values bullies and half Axx workers, poor clients who have no choice but to deal with the situation, again companies only value the dollar amounts not the patients especially honest down to earth employees, I’m assuming this happens to all their locations from what I’m told… I know this review will not do much, I believe bullying and using titles needs to be revised…

Every one there is nice and they really help those in need it's the best treatment place I been to my respects to them

Great staff and stays open later than any other clinic

This is by far the best methadone clinic you can go to. They open early 5 am the nurses and girls at the front and Adrian are amazing kind people that get you in and out of the clinic super fast. I’ve curtesy dosed at multiple other clinics in and out of California and I never realized how good I had it at Ontario Aegis. Other clinics move so sloooowwwww and it takes forever to dose with only a few people in front of you. Good counselors also shout out to my girl Linda

This clinic is great. Been here for going on 3 years. If you want to get clean they will help you do it. If you don’t want to get clean then what are you doing here? I started off at a high dose and am now almost off of it. The people who have left negative reviews on here are the problem people that the staff has to deal with. Be polite and courteous like a normal human being and you will never have an issue...

Wonderful staff, clean facility, affordable payment options including full coverage from IEHP insurance. They will work with you based on what you can afford. The hours are the best in the nation from 5am to 630pm no other clinic has been open that long in the history of methadone clinics. THIS PLACE WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE! Please if your struggling with opioid addiction they can help with several different options even if you are not sure about methadone. You can learn more or try other options like Suboxone. They offer counseling and many other support resources. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. They are amazing people and will get to know you well and treat you kindly and with respect. They are fun people too. They also cater to the needs of parents with small children by offering a playroom for them and watching over your kids while you dose or attend your counseling sessions. Thank you Aegis for everything you do for all of us, you guys saved my life and my loved ones lives. God bless you all.

I CAME TO CALIFORNIA IN FEBRUARY OF 2017, AND I WENT TO AEGIS TREATMENT CENTER IN ONTARIO, AS SOON AS I ARRIVED IN CALIFORNIA. I LIVED IN PHILADELPHIA ALL MY LIFE, AND WAS AT A METHADONE CLINIC THERE FOR 11 YEAR'S . I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE AEGIS TREATMENT CENTER IN ONTARIO AND THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THIS CLINIC THE BEST TO ME. FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE COUNSELORS, MANAGEMENT, NURSES AND DOCTOR'S, MAKE ME FEEL CARED ABOUT, IN EVERYWAY. I AM GOING ON MY 13TH YEAR OF SOBRIETY, AND I WOULDN'T BE WHERE I AM WITHOUT THE CLINICS. NO OTHER METHADONE CLINIC HAS COME CLOSE TO AEGIS IN MY 12 YEAR'S OF SOBRIETY, THEY ARE TRULY THERE FOR US TO BETTER OUR LIVES. THANKYOU AEGIS FOR MAKING ME A BETTER PERSON.

It is a great place to get help, the staff is good at what they do and all you have to do is go along with the program
