I had a similar experience to Patty. It's funny that I read her review about the company before interviewing with them and decided to take a chance anyway. I met with two people. Things seemed positive and not a single email or call afterwards. I understand if you do not hear back after a phone screen but if someone gets dressed up and drives to meet with your company the least your company can do is send an email letting the candidate know they will not be moving forward.

One of fastest growing company in US. There are so many pros also like they are very active in terms of client support. I have good experience with Aequor !

They spam me with contract positions with skill requirements listed nowhere on my resume.

I was contacted by them stating they had a position available, but I had to confirm that I would not apply to any vendors and I didn't. The next day I was contacted and told I was no longer able to apply to any positions to that company bc my application was submitted already. I never submitted through anyone. No details were discussed with me and I had no idea where the status was at by the end of emails or calls. Seemed unprofessional.

Not very impressed with their level of professionalism. I met with Hilda -HR Director and Brandon about 1-2 years ago for a Recruiting opening and after emailing them a great thank you note and hoping for feedback and possibly  an offer; I got nothing...Well, Hilda reached out to me via LinkedIn about 3 weeks ago and met with both again about 2 weeks ago; again sent a professional and respectful thank you email and nothing again...At least reply to the email and say thank you for coming and explain why I was not considered for the opening or not on the top list of considered applicants. This is what I do when someone is not the right fit for us or my clients. Respect and feedback are a two way street. Not a good business practice AEQUOR..
