Shantell was very helpful in explaining all aspects of the fixed price contract for home heating oil with Aero Energy. She also secured a very competitive price for the term of the contract through May 2021. Shantell answered all my questions about the terms of the contract.

Horrible Customer service !! Waited three business days for a fill up !! Haven't got a fill up yet !! Tanks at less then 10 %!!! I am afraid that we will run out soon but apparently that's not an emergency fill up!! Then what is????

Aero Energy sent Mike to our home to perform the annual tune-up to our system. This is the fourth year, with Mike returning, and he's always pleasant and quick about his work. No different this time and we really appreciate him. Well done.

Mike is a great person and worker. He tells you everything that he is doing and explains everything even if you need parts. He is a wonderful person.

Josh did my annual furnace service today and as always he did a great job! He also installed a new water heater last year and again did an excellent job. Josh is always pleasant, respectful and smiling. And when he left after the job was done he said “it was nice seeing you again”. That meant a lot to me.
