It's been 5 years since I left Birmingham and one of the things I miss most is the awesome Pilates classes. The Cadillac machine was awesome. Excellent staff.

I have been going to Aero Joe Pilates in Pepper Place for several months now and I love it! I do Pilates Mat and Reformer group classes. The instructors are amazing and the environment is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Aero Joe is a beautiful studio, and its owner Alison is, in addition to being a Pilates expert, a lovely human being. Pilates is as demanding as you make it, and Alison always challenges her students to do a little more. I love Aero Joe!
